⭐ What You will do


Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Provide overall project management, including staff management, programme management, and reporting to the funder, the governance group, partners and stakeholders. 
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
  • Ensure project deliverables are high quality and meet project standards.

Research & Data Management

  • Oversee and coordinate the delivery of PHKH activities (including project partners' activities).
  • Lead in the delivery of research workstreams, including data collection, curation, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination, working with colleagues at Ulster University & Trinity College Dublin.


Procurement & Tender Administration

  • To co-ordinate procurement and tendering processes in line with public procurement and PEACEPLUS / SEUPB requirements.
  • To co-ordinate tender processes on public procurement portals and the issuing of contract awards in conjunction with IPH governance staff


SEUPB Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with PEACEPLUS programme funding conditions and audit requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation to support all aspects of the project.


Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Management

  • Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement approach for the Public Health Knowledge Hub.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with partners, stakeholders, and funders


⭐ What You Bring


  • PhD in the relevant discipline or a recognised project management qualification with significant experience in EU funding.
  • A minimum of five years' relevant experience in managing complex research projects at a post-doctorate or professional project management level.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and to build and maintain effective relationships
