IPH is seeking a Quantitative Researcher for a full-time fixed-term contract with an end date of 28 February 2029. The Researcher will support the development and operation of the Public Health Knowledge Hub by assisting with data collation, survey design, data cleaning and analysis, and the production of clear and accessible reports and journal articles.
We are seeking an experienced researcher with project management skills to lead the delivery of the Public Health Knowledge Hub(PHKH). This is a PEACEPLUS-funded project that will create an all-island public health data hub. The PEACEPLUS programme is managed by the Special EU Programmes Body(SEUPB).
Reporting to the project oversight group, the project manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, implementation, and delivery of the objectives for this PEACEPLUS-funded project.
The incumbent will oversee delivery of the project, ensuring effective governance, data collation, collection and management, financial control, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
The role requires significant experience in quantitative data, survey design, data management, and analysis to ensure the robustness and integrity of the PHKH.
The postholder will ensure full compliance with PEACEPLUS and SEUPB requirements and will work closely with the partners and stakeholders to deliver on this project. This is a fixed term contract with a contract end date of 28/02/2029.
The All Island Institute of Public Health (IPH) informs public policy in Ireland and Northern Ireland. It is a North-South agency established before the signing of the Good Friday/Belfast Agreement in 1998.
