The Institute of Public Health invites applications from suitably qualified members of the public to fill two current vacancies on their Board and to form a panel from which further vacancies may be filled.


The Directors of the Board of IPH  hold a fiduciary duty to the organisation and must be in a position to meet the experience specified in the information booklet.  All interested candidates should display high standards of integrity and probity and meet expectations regarding conflicts  of interest, for the Institute of Public Health and for the tone of discussions at Board level.


Summary of Roles:

The appointed persons will serve as Non-Executive Directors on the Board of the Institute of Public Health CLG. Each appointment will be for an initial term of four years. 

There are specific criteria being sought for these current vacancies and all expressions of interest in relation to these roles must clearly set out how those criteria are met.
